Let’s start with the obvious: We love coaching!
We are starting off with a very basic and small idea: everyone should be training with Sandbags.
Why, you ask?
Because we are built to move weights within our hands. We do love barbells and good old powerlifting. But we are here to teach less advanced peeps how to start strength training and move on from there!
Would you like to spend 3-5 years minimum on learning how to move a barbell proberly without injuring yourself? Or start off with as much good stress on your body via a Sandbag and then implement the barbell at some point along the way?
Sandbags are not cozy and odd as hell!
