A) 3 rounds for max effort

B) 1 round, start with nasal breathing, then switch to nose (inhale)and mouth (exhale) breathing, till you can’t hold it anymore.

-rest till you are able to nasal breathing-
sb squats
-rest till you are able to nasal breathing-
sb strict presses
-rest till you are able to nasal breathing-
sb bend over rows

C) 400m sb carry
Perform so that you don’t feel your lower back!
