A) Single leg stiff leg KB DL
ME on each leg, increase weight for 4 rounds
rest as needed
B) SB Box Squats
5 rounds of 5 reps
Focus on speed on the way up
C) 1 round of:
ME sb clean for 60 sec, with 70% of 1RM
ME sb clean for 60 sec, with 80% of 1RM
ME sb clean for 60 sec, with 90% of 1RM
Rest after each set as long as needed
