Assistance Work:
400m sb carry (Week 1 of 4)

A)  3 rounds of SB Floor presses
use 4 different weights, start with the easiest sb then increase weight without resting and do as many reps as possible 

B) 2 rounds of 60 sec ME incline db flys

C) 2 rounds of 60 sec ME bent over db reverse flys

D) Find your max weight for 15-20 bent over bb rows
