400m sb carry (week 2 of 4)

A) 2 rounds each, perform 4 different pulling angles:
-pronated grip ring rows
-supinated grip ring rows
-neutral grip ring rows 

B) 3 rounds, 20 fast reps total
-alternating incline db bench presses

C) 200m prowler chest press, in teams of 2
go AHAP, but keep it fast
