A. AMRAP till you quit:
start with one bizeps curl and 1 trizeps kick back/ skull crusher, after every round add one rep each round, till you have to rest, then repeat
B. Plus 1 challenge (add 1 rep every day) start is on january first,
20 push ups 20 air squats,
1 pull up (bent over sb row)
C. 3 rounds of:
1:00s db flys
1:00 seated bent over lateral raises
1:00 rest
D. For time:
Jumping jacks/no push up burpees
5 and 5
10 and 10
15 and 15
20 and 20

10 and 10
